Care Guide

Cleaning your jewellery regularly will help to maintain its beautiful finish. Use a soft cloth to clean fingerprints and stains from the surface.

Cleaning your jewellery in warm water with a small amount of dishwashing liquid will remove surface dirt and oils that build up over time. After cleaning ensure that they are well dried before use.

CAUTION do not remove tarnish from jewellery with a blackened surface that is part of the design.

Silver jewellery will also tarnish over time due to oxidation turning the  silver brown or black. You can remove this tarnish in a few minutes by following these simple steps.

Line the bottom of a small bowl with aluminium foil and place the tarnished jewellery on top. Sprinkle 1-2 teaspoons of Bicarbonate of Soda on and around the jewellery. Cover the jewellery in warm water (no more than 50°C).

Wait for the bubbling action to cease then carefully remove the jewellery and rinse in warm water then dry immediately.

Most damage to your jewellery occurs when the pieces are being removed and put away after being worn. Lay your jewellery flat on a soft cloth covered surface or box making sure it does not come in contact with other jewellery as this will scratch it.

If jewellery is to be stored for a prolonged periods, place them in a separate zip-locked bag.
