Shipping in Australia via Express Parcel post with tracking & signature. Your order confirmation will come with a tracking number to track your shipment.
All items of jewellery are covered with a 12 month manufacturer defect warranty. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, breakage, general wear, misuse or loss.
If you wish to return an item, we offer a 30-day returns period from your purchase date *online purchases only. All items must be returned unworn and in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
Special order items, bespoke items and items that have been resized or personalised cannot be returned or exchanged for credit.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed once the returned items have been assessed.
Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please ensure that the packaging of the return items is suitable to protect the items as you will be responsible for items damaged during return shipping.
